Betting the Pass Line

The game of in Craps always starts with a "Come Out" throw. Place these bets on the table, in the area marked "Pass Line". If a 7 or 11 is rolled on the first roll (The Come-out throw) you win on the spot. In the case of a 2, 3 or 12 roll, you lose your Pass Line bet. This is called "craps".
If the outcome of the first throw on the dice any other number than the ones mentioned above, the number is called your "Point". This "Point" is then marked with an "ON" sign. You can win by rolling the "Point" before you rolling 7, otherwise, if 7 turns up prior to your "Point" you lose. If a "point" is set the bets cannot be removed.

Betting the Don't Pass Bar

This is the opposite of the "Pass Line" betting. 7 or 11 are losing outcomes, while 2 or 3 rolls are winning outcomes. As for 12 there is no winner and the game is called a "standoff". As with the previous type of betting if the outcome is 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 it is considered your "Point". Rolling a 7 before your "Point" is repeated, means winning. If the point is rolled before a 7 you lose. Your chips must be placed on the "Don't Pass Line" area.

Come Bets

(Almost the same as for a Pass Line bet) "Come" bets are those bets made after the initial is wagering with the dice, the same as in the case of Pass Line," but with the exception that "Come" bets are made any time after the "Come-out" roll. Winnings are accounted for "naturals" 7 or 11, while "craps" 2, 3 or 12 mean you lose. If the outcome is a different number that number is the "come-point" and the chips are moved to the "come-point"). In this case your a winner if the "come-point" comes out before rolling a 7. On the other hand, you lose you money if 7 is the outcome rolled before the "come-point". These bets have to be placed in the "Come" area.

Your "Don't Come Point" in this type of bet must not turn up before a 7 in order to win. Chips must be placed on the "Don't Come Bar" area.
